It’s true that Jimmy Hoffa was supportive of Bush early in the Administration. Since then the Bush Administration has papered over differences with the unions, reducing paperwork and treating them more or less like businesses. You’d think that they’d be grateful. But for some reason they aren’t, it’s in the papers.
Other then what you see in the papers, things have been quite cordial between Hoffa and the Bush Administration. Why unions aren’t supporting Bush is the billion-dollar question.
