Ms Biggert, Congresswoman IL 13, was one of the few Congressman to vote against the "Freedom to Read" act which protectects libraries and bookstore patrons and owners. She is not a moderate Republican EXCEPT on one issue-that of choice. Ms Biggert, Congresswoman IL 13, was one of the few Congressman to vote against the “Freedom to Read” act which protectects libraries and bookstore patrons and owners. She is not a moderate Republican EXCEPT on one issue-that of choice.
