I’m sure someone else has picked this up - but what’s with employing people named “Snow” in the Bush Administration?
“Snow” Jobs In The Bush Administration
Treasury Secretary John W. Snow
- John was sworn into office February 3, 2003, with a reputation for being a deficit-hawk - and since then things have only gone up, except maybe jobs - but the good news is John’s job seems to be doing better of late!
White House Spokesman Tony Snow
- Tony has called the President Bush “an embarrassment,” “impotent” and said that the president doesn’t seem to “have the drive and work ethic to succeed” - but that was before he started working for him. Yesterday, displaying awe and humility in his first White House press conference, Tony said, “I mean, I go to the end of that lawn, I look back at the pillars and think, ‘Man, I’m working here.’” Yes, Tony, it really is quite impressive, isn’t it?
