Just saw it today - apparently Forest Preserve Commissioner Carl Schultz been blogging since March at The Forest’s Edge. He’s also got a decent looking campaign website. I’m guessing that Carl doesn’t want to leave things to chance after the 2004 DuPage Forest Preserve District Commissioner District 5 primary challenge by real estate developer attorney Kevin Gallaher. It’s a good move by Carl, who deserves more loyalty from his party.
I met Carl once briefly (we were handing out ‘different types’ of campaign literature at a train station), and he seems like a decent guy. I also like a lot of his taste in music.
