Where’s GOP’s Franco In The 45th House District?

Look I support people asking residents for their opinion. When I went to Franco Coladipietro’s website tonight I saw that he was looking for input.

While I’m not sure what “issues” Franco might have with “Family” and “Senior Citizens” (hey, I support both) nonetheless I thought ‘good start.’ But, of course, that’s the problem. Three weeks to the election and Coladipietro’s website isn’t ready for prime time - he has no “Issues” section at all. People going to his website don’t know where he stands. He has one generic newsletter that has no date and that, according to the website, nobody has looked at (”hit”), which is wrong, because I read it once.

So what about the news from Franco’s campaign? Well there is a bit of that and interested parties can read about Coladipietro’s ugly and divisive primary election season that resulted in him beating State Representative Roger Jenisch. They can also look at Franco’s one press release announcing his candidacy (and a newspaper clipping that’s also in the “press release” section for some reason). Of course now, three weeks until the general election, the news from February is a bit “dated” and the undated press release announcing his collection of petition signatures for the primary is a bit stale. Perhaps someone could call Franco Coladipietro and ask him about his website. Whoops! Sorry. He has no phone number listed.

Well, as they say, “no news is good news” - unless you want responsive government. Then I guess Franco just isn’t your candidate. Check out Rob Bisceglie - he’s been reaching out to District 45 residents every day for months, has an office you can visit and isn’t afraid to discuss the issues (or put them on his website). Rob even has a telephone number listed for you to call him. Imagine that.
