The Daily Herald reports today that the Village of Lisle will rank 20th in the upcoming Money Magazine ranking of towns with populations between 7,500 and 50,000. Among other factors the Morton Arboretum, the Lisle Eyes to the Skies Festival, Benedictine University and housing affordability (for the area) were cited as major pluses. Lisle is also expected to benefit in future ranking (not to mention future living) from its attempts to revive it’s downtown area.
