Sometimes I just shake my head at the absurdity of it all - it’s Kafkaesque. If only people weren’t getting maimed, killed and tortured in the absurdity, then maybe we could ignore it.

My problem with the 1990s was people were getting killed, tortured, and maimed and we really tried hard to ignore it.
We lived in a dream world then.
