I had forgotten about his civil asset forfeiture policy. For a nice background on Giuliani read John B. Judis’ piece at TNR today - for an ex-NYC Metro area resident like myself it brings back memories - and why I remember thinking, when Rudy finally left, that he was completely finished in politics. Halloween is a good time to reflect on his resurrection. Just scary.
