I’ve met Frank a few times and corresponded with him more - he’s a decent, down-to-earth guy and I wish him the best in his run.

“Aurora – The Kane County Central Democratic Committee has unanimously endorsed Frank Craig as the Democratic candidate for the position of Kane County Recorder.

‘I am excited about this challenge and believe my background in technology and management make me well suited for this important position. I believe the Recorder’s office needs to make better use of available technology to ensure that delays in recording the filing of deeds and other documents are minimized and that customer service is improved. We must look at all avenues to increase efficiencies and reduce costs while ensuring that the current level of customer service improves. After talking with members of the Kane County Board, as well as current customers of the Recorder’s office, it is apparent to me that we have a lot of room for improvement.’

Frank is a grass roots candidate who will be a strong and forceful advocate for the citizens of Kane County. ‘Once elected, I will immediately establish a citizen’s advisory board that will meet regularly to ensure that the needs of the people are being met and that their concerns are effectively addressed with regards to the Recorder’s office. I will also initiate a top to bottom review of current operations to ensure that the office is running as efficiently as possible and will begin a comprehensive and ongoing program of gathering customer feedback to ensure that the office of Recorder is second to none in providing customer service to the citizens of Kane County.’

Frank, a business development executive, and his wife Annie reside in Aurora with their 3 children and are active members of the community and attend St. Mark’s Lutheran Church in Aurora. Annie is a current Trustee for Aurora Township.”
