This like apples to pears. Joe Shannon would have a better chance due to a moderate platform as Congressman Foster. Joe Shannon is also pro-life and could win over votes. His platform was better also over all. As I see it , in due respect, Scott Harper is liberal in a moderate /conservative area. When will the 'powers to be' realize this?
